Do you charge VAT?
As of 1/4/2010 we will be registered for VAT and VAT will be included in all our prices.
What shipping method do you use?
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail first class. Parcels over 2kg or over 60cm long ar sent by Parcel Force.
You will be given the option when placing your order to pay extra for expedited delivery (i.e. Special delivery or TNT courier).
